talented executives with years of experience in business
and technology ventures. Each member of the
management team was recruited specifically for the
skills that they can bring to bear on the accomplishment
of the Company's vision.
Jim McGill - Chairman of the Board
Jim McGill serves as Chairman of the Board of MacroSolve,
Inc., the parent company of Anyware Mobile Solutions. A
registered professional engineer, he graduated Cum Laude
with a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering in 1965
from The University of Tulsa, and received 25 U.S. and
foreign patents in the field of pollution control between
1974 and 1985. He has founded several companies, including
an environmental technology company specializing in air and
water pollution control systems, and a specialty
subcontractor for natural gas pipeline construction. He
serves on the board of numerous Tulsa area organizations and
civic organizations, and also is a trustee of The University
of Tulsa. He was named Outstanding Alumnus of TU's
Department of Chemical Engineering in 1987, and admitted
into the university's College of Engineering and Applied
Sciences Hall of Fame in 1992.
Clint Parr - President and Chief Executive Officer
Clint Parr joined Anyware in 2002 as Vice President of Sales
and Marketing. The Board of Directors promoted him to
President and Chief Operating Officer in early 2003 and to
Chief Executive Officer in 2007. He graduated from Baylor
University in 1986 with a bachelor's degree in
Entrepreneurship, and obtained an executive MBA in 2000 from
The University of Tulsa. His professional development
includes twenty years of strategic alliance management,
technology product development and professional services
marketing and operations with Fortune 500 companies in the
carrier and energy sectors. Prior to 1996, he started a
marketing consulting company and was over regional sales and
marketing with Fortune 500 computer and imaging companies.
Mr. Parr is a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma and a four
term Vice Chairman of the Tulsa County Election Board.
Kendall W. Carpenter, Vice President, Finance and
Administration, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and
Treasurer
Kendall Carpenter joined the company in 2006 as
Controller. She was promoted to Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer in 2008. Ms. Carpenter’s previous
experience includes Division Controller with Allied Waste
Industries (NSYE:AW), a $6.4 billion company, and over 10
years experience as top financial officer of an enterprise
software company with an international customer base. Ms.
Carpenter graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in
Accounting from Oklahoma State University and is both a
Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management
Accountant
Eric Fultz - Vice President, Operations
Eric Fultz joined Anyware Mobile Solutions in early 2003 as
Director of Solution Services where he immediately defined
and implemented the current Anyware Solution Delivery
Methodology. The methodology focuses on increasing customer
satisfaction through a disciplined approach to project
management and understanding underlying business problems
prior to recommending a technology solution. He was promoted
to Vice President, Operations in March of 2004. Prior to
joining Anyware Fultz served as an IT Strategy Consultant
and Project Manager with IBM Global Services, was the
founder and President of a nutritional supplement
manufacturing company and served in the Strategic Marketing
and eBusiness group at Williams Companies. Fultz graduated
from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelors of Science
in Civil Engineering and later gained his MBA from Southern
Methodist University with an emphasis in MIS and business
strategy.
Mike Ishmael - Vice President, Sales
Mike Ishmael joined Anyware as Director of Channel Sales in
2004, bringing with him twenty three years of sales and
marketing experience. Mr. Ishmael graduated from Oklahoma
State University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer
Science. Before joining Anyware, he served as Director of
Strategic Sales for Esker Software for three years and with
IBM Corporation for seventeen years in a variety of
technical, sales and marketing roles. He won numerous awards
for outstanding performance while with IBM.
Chris Kingham - Vice President, Marketing
Chris Kingham joined Anyware Mobile Solutions as
Director of Marketing in 2004, bringing 15 years of
experience in planning, implementing and marketing
high-tech and online properties. Prior to his
arrival at Anyware, Mr. Kingham spent over five
years at the Williams Companies in both marketing
and IT roles for some of the their most critical
systems and projects. Prior to Williams, Mr. Kingham
spent five years at PennWell Publishing developing
the plan and process to take their historically
printed publications to the new online medium. Mr.
Kingham graduated with a Bachelor of Science in
Marketing from Oklahoma State University.
