Senior Management
Anyware Mobile Solutions is supported by the senior management team of its parent company, MacroSolve Inc., and includes talented executives with many years of experience in mobile, online marketing, high-tech and other business ventures. Each officer was recruited specifically for the skills that they bring, building a strong base for the rapid, managed achievement of the company’s vision.
Clint Parr – President and Chief Executive Officer
Clint Parr joined MacroSolve/Anyware Mobile Solutions in 2002 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In 2003, he was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer and in 2007 to Chief Executive Officer. He was named to the Board in 2003. Parr graduated from Baylor University in 1986 with a degree in Entrepreneurship; he obtained an executive MBA from The University of Tulsa in 2000. His professional development includes twenty years of strategic alliance management, technology product development, and professional services marketing and operations with Fortune 500 companies in the carrier and energy sectors. Prior to 1996, he started a marketing consulting company and oversaw regional sales and marketing with Fortune 500 computer and imaging companies. Parr is a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma and a four term Chairman of the Tulsa County Election Board.
Kendall W. Carpenter – Vice President, Finance and Administration, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, Treasurer
Kendall Carpenter joined MacroSolve/Anyware Mobile Solutions in 2006 as Controller. She was promoted to Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2008. Carpenter’s previous experience includes Division Controller with Allied Waste Industries (NSYE:AW), a $6.4 billion company, and over ten years experience as top financial officer of an enterprise software company with an international customer base. Carpenter earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University and is both a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant.
Mike Ishmael – Vice President, Business Development
Mike Ishmael joined MacroSolve/Anyware Mobile Solutions as Director of Channel Sales in 2004. In 2005 he was promoted to Vice President of Sales. Today, as Vice President of Business Development, he is currently responsible for developing relationships with key partners in the mobile ecosystem including carriers, device manufacturers, distributors, and developers. Previously, Ishmael spent three and one half years as Director of Strategic Sales for Esker Software where he was key in the marketing and sales activities surrounding the launch of a new product. Prior to Esker, Ishmael spent seventeen years with IBM Corporation in a variety of technical, sales, and marketing roles. While with IBM, he was focused on the telecommunications industry and won numerous awards for outstanding performance. Ishmael graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and has 24 years of sales and marketing experience.
Chris Kingham – Vice President, Marketing
Chris Kingham joined MacroSolve/Anyware Mobile Solutions as Director of Marketing in 2004, bringing 15 years of experience in planning, implementing, and marketing high-tech and online properties. Previously, Kingham spent several years at the Williams Companies, serving in both marketing and IT management roles for some of their most critical systems and projects, including Energy News Live, the energy industry’s first live, broadcast-quality online news and information site. Prior to Williams, Kingham spent several years at PennWell Publishing developing the plans and processes to move their flagship publication, Oil & Gas Journal, to the new online medium, broadening readership and generating new revenues. Kingham graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Oklahoma State University.
Jeff McMains – Vice President, ReForm XT
Jeff McMains joined Anyware Mobile Solutions as Vice President in 2009. He is currently responsible for developing and implementing a strategic sales and marketing plan to maximize Anyware’s investment in ReForm XT and associated products. Previously, McMains was Executive Vice President of StaffMetric, a time and attendance service provider that supported the temporary staffing industry. Prior to StaffMetric, McMains held numerous positions at Loral Space and Communications in Rockville, Md., United Video Satellite Group, and his family’s business, Hasty-Bake. McMains graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Oklahoma State University.

Behind Anyware’s mobile business solutions is a talented team with years of experience in business and technology ventures. Each member of the Anyware team was recruited specifically for the skills that they can bring to bear on the accomplishment of the Company’s vision.
Mark A. Jones – Director, Solution Services
In April 2004, Mark was invited to join the Anyware team as a Solutions Manager and was promoted to Director of Solutions Services in 2006. A graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor’s degree in MIS and Accounting, Mark has 11 years of experience in designing, building and managing business applications. Prior to his arrival at Anyware, Mr. Jones founded, built and successfully managed a software solutions business for 4 years. Mark began his career as an information technology systems analyst in the energy and market trading group for The Williams Companies.
April Sailsbury – Manager, Marketing / Investor Relations
In 2008, April was offered a position with Anyware Mobile Solutions as a Strategic Marketing Manager. Over her first year, her position evolved to include Marketing and Investor Relations for MacroSolve, the parent company for Anyware Mobile Solutions. April is a graduate from Oklahoma State University and has 5 years of experience working with the media and 7+ years marketing and public relations experience. Before joining Anyware, April was the Marketing and Promotions Director for Journal Broadcast Group – Tulsa and worked as the Development & Marketing Director for two local non-profit organizations. April regularly attends local AMA meetings and consults the Board of Directors for Therapetics Service Dogs of Oklahoma with Marketing and PR strategies.
