Contact: Teamworks Uses TagTrac™ to Reduce Illegal Cable Connections TULSA Okla. -- Anyware Mobile Solutions™ today announced that Teamworks, a communications installation service company for Cox Communications, the nation's third-largest cable television provider, will be utilizing Anyware’s TagTrac product to combat cable theft. TagTrac is an automated solution developed in cooperation with Budco, Inc., the leading United States distributor of tags and seals to the cable television industry, for the purpose of controlling the distribution of security seals and auditing of cable connections. Piracy of cable television signals costs the industry nearly $4.7 billion in revenues each year and TagTrac is a new and powerful weapon in the fight to recapture lost revenues. With TagTrac, Teamworks can control the distribution of security seals and facilitate the detection of illegal connections via the security seal audit process. Teamworks is now able to scan in/out tags and assign each tag to a specific job ticket and installer. If there is a problem with a tag, electronic audits enable management to pinpoint the source. Along with Anyware’s SealTrac™ software, which is used to verify shipments of products that are transported under seal, TagTrac represents Anyware Mobile Solution’s expansion of software products offered to the security seal industry.
