Anyware Mobile Solutions Announces the Addition of a New Board Member

TULSA, Okla., April 19, 2006 –Anyware Mobile Solutions today announced the addition of Randy Foutch to its board of directors. Mr. Foutch was elected at the Anyware board meeting held April 18, 2006.

Foutch is founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Latigo Petroleum, Inc., a privately owned exploration and production company. Foutch also founded Colt Resources and Lariat Petroleum, Inc. and served as President and CEO of Newfield Exploration. Prior to founding Colt, Foutch was Rocky Mountain Regional Manager for Anschutz Company and Vice President of Exploration for Dyco Petroleum. Foutch holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Texas and a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Houston.

Foutch currently serves on the board of directors of Leadership Oklahoma, and The Catholic Foundation of Eastern Oklahoma. He is also a board member and President Elect of the Thomas Gilcrease Museum Association, Chairman and board member of The Philip Neri Newman Center, and has served as a board member of Gryphon Exploration Company, Chairman of the Board of the Oklahoma Energy Resources Board, board member of the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association, Chairman of the OERB Scholastic Outreach Committee and as Chairman of the International Society of Energy Advocates.
