Foutch currently serves on the board of directors of Leadership Oklahoma, and The Catholic Foundation of Eastern Oklahoma. He is also a board member and President Elect of the Thomas Gilcrease Museum Association, Chairman and board member of The Philip Neri Newman Center, and has served as a board member of Gryphon Exploration Company, Chairman of the Board of the Oklahoma Energy Resources Board, board member of the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association, Chairman of the OERB Scholastic Outreach Committee and as Chairman of the International Society of Energy Advocates. “Randy Foutch brings unique insight into the world of business development which will be invaluable to our Board of Directors as we enter a period of rapid expansion,” said Jim McGill, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of MacroSolve, Inc.
