Anyware Mobile Solutions Announces the Addition of Mike Fletcher to the Board of Directors

Anyware Mobile Solutions is announcing the addition of Michael J. Fletcher to its board of directors.   Mr. Fletcher has more than two decades of experience in recruiting and motivating IT consultants and has keen understanding of technology and the people that make it work.

Mr. Fletcher is currently president of StoneHenge Partners, Inc., a Tulsa based information technology consulting firm specializing in business continuity planning/disaster recovery, legacy systems re-engineering, project management, web development, and supplemental staffing.  StoneHenge Partners has a second office in Hartland, WI, near Milwaukee, which was opened in 2002. 

Before founding StoneHenge Partners, Inc., Mr. Fletcher was manager then owner of the former Dallas and Tulsa branches of Systems and Programming Resources where he was responsible for developing and expanding markets and service offerings for clients in Texas and Oklahoma.  Additionally, he developed and marketed proprietary project management, main frame re-engineering, and Y2K compliance methodologies that made extensive use of automated tools to minimize error and reduce hours. 

In early 1997, Systems and Programming Resources of Tulsa merged with their Chicago branch with the purpose of going public.  The merged company had a successful IPO in October of 1997.   Mr. Fletcher served as executive vice president of the new company, SPR Inc., until starting StoneHenge Partners in 1999.

Current Anyware board members include Paula Marshall-Chapman, Chief Executive Officer of The Bama Companies, Inc., Bob F. McCoy, an attorney with the Tulsa law firm of Conner & Winters, P.C., David L. Humphrey, Chief Operating Officer of Oklahoma Equity Partners, Dr. Dale A. Schoenefeld, Vice Provost for Information Services, at the University of Tulsa, and James C. McGill, an investor with background in a wide variety of organizations, public and private, for profit and not for profit. McGill also serves as Chairman and CEO of Anyware Mobile Solutions.
