This ensures that any changes made on a handheld device are automatically synchronized to the desktop and, likewise, changes from the desktop are reflected on the handheld in real time. No manual reconciliation is necessary which lowers total cost of ownership compared to other wireless alternatives. In addition, clients are able to view encrypted email attachments in Microsoft Office, WordPerfect, HTML, PDF and RTF file formats whether in the field or in the office.
