Overview
Anyware was approached by a government agency that wanted to keep better track of its assets. We designed an application that fully integrated into the existing asset tracking program and then exceeded the clients expectations by including bar code support for faster, more accurate data entry and signature confirmation at the pickup and drop off points to further protect the integrity of the asset data.

Business Issues
The agency wanted to be able to issue work orders to its employees each day and have the employee drive to the location, pickup the designated asset, take the asset to a new location, and unload it. Their old process was paper-based and as the agency grew, coordination of the resources and assets was becoming unmanageable.

Anyware Solution
Our asset management solution provided a methodology for any business to track imperative fixed assets simply and easily. This application is fully barcode integrated and was designed with the premise that tracking a company’s fixed assets should be fast and simple. The design also included the ability to be integrated into existing fixed asset tracking programs that are designed to run on desktop computers. By including such features as signature confirmation, origination/destination locations, and bar code scanning capabilities, the solution provided the administrative staff with enough information to track every movement of every asset.
