Anyware Methodology The Anyware Solution Delivery Methodology usually begins with a mobile assessment which quickly uncovers process inefficiencies and ROI gains for the customer. Once the business needs and processes are understood, Anyware may recommend a custom application, a packaged product or a more robust development platform. Anyware follows a mature discipline which defines, designs and delivers the solution with scope and budgetary checkpoints along the way. Prior to solution delivery, support requirements are defined based upon customer needs. The Anyware Solution Delivery Methodology was developed by Anyware to guarantee customer satisfaction and success in delivering Anyware solutions. From our experience defining, designing, developing and deploying solutions for our customers, we have learned that a disciplined approach is the only way to consistently ensure the customer receives what they want, what they need, on time and on-budget. Our methodology is divided into three phases: Definition, Design, and Delivery. Each phase has specific activities which must be considered and completed before moving to the next phase. The final deliverable of each phase is a milestone event where all assumptions and decisions are reviewed, discussed, and approved by the customer before proceeding to the next phase.
